The work identifies and characterises the relevant events, assesses their effect on the programme and completion, reviews the available supporting records and prepares the resulting time submission. Where the project remains live, support may also include contemporaneous EoT or compensation event programmes.
The work also identifies notification, time-bar and contractual compliance issues for consideration by the client and its legal advisers.
