This page describes the cookies and similar technologies used by this website. Measurement integrations are blocked unless you accept them.

The current position

  • No measurement integration is loaded until you accept measurement. Rejecting it does not stop the site or its enquiry forms from working.
  • With consent, the site loads Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated website usage and the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel for ad attribution and accepted-enquiry conversion measurement.
  • The site stores your measurement choice in first-party browser storage so it can apply the same choice on later page loads.
  • Delay Claim Health Check answers are not stored: they are processed in the browser for the current view only, and nothing is sent unless you choose to submit the result.
  • Conflict-check and Health Check submissions are not recorded as OpenAI Ads conversions. A lead_created event is sent only after the main enquiry endpoint confirms that an enquiry was accepted, and only where measurement consent is granted.
  • Typefaces, styles and site images remain served from this website's own domain. Consent-controlled measurement may make requests to Vercel and OpenAI.

Storage in use

  • ptp_measurement_consent (localStorage): records “granted” or “denied” so the site can remember your choice. It remains until you change the choice or clear this site's browser data.
  • __oppref (first-party cookie, consent only): the OpenAI Ads Pixel may store the opaque attribution value received from an OpenAI ad so a later accepted enquiry can be attributed correctly.

Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies. It reports aggregated page-view information after measurement is accepted.

Page-view analytics

After measurement is accepted, the site counts page views with Vercel Web Analytics, provided by its hosting provider. The analytics service is cookieless, uses no cross-site identifiers and stores nothing on your device. It processes the page requested, the referring page and anonymised technical details such as browser and device type; visitors are counted using a hashed identifier discarded within a day, no profile is built, and nothing typed into any form is visible to the analytics service.

Your measurement choice

On a first visit, the site offers equally prominent accept and reject controls. Until you accept, neither Vercel Web Analytics nor the OpenAI Ads Pixel is loaded. A rejected event is not replayed later. You can change your choice at any time.

Typefaces

The site's typefaces are subset and served from this website's own domain. No font file, stylesheet or other asset is requested from Google Fonts or any other external service, so viewing a page discloses your IP address and technical request information to this website's hosting provider only. Browser controls

You can also control and delete cookies and site data through your browser settings. Clearing this site's data removes the saved preference and any first-party attribution cookie; the site will ask for your choice again.
