We confirm receipt and identify the project, principal parties and any relevant prior involvement.

Introductory discussion

A confidential discussion of the project stage, the broad issue, the available information and any immediate deadline.

Information and scope

We identify the programmes, records and contractual information required for the proposed work.

Proposal or appointment

A clear confirmation of the role, scope, deliverables, programme and fee basis.

Initial enquiries are handled sensitively. Please provide only enough information for a conflict check and initial scoping through this form, and do not send privileged, commercially sensitive or extensive project documents before the conflict check is complete. Once conflicts are cleared, an appropriate secure transfer method can be agreed, and an NDA can be considered where appropriate. Submitting an enquiry does not create an expert appointment or consultancy engagement.
