The appropriate delay analysis depends on the contractual question, the quality of the programmes and records, the timing of the assessment and the forum in which the findings may be used.
Work may include contemporaneous or retrospective analysis, windows analysis, Time Impact Analysis, as-planned versus as-built comparison, longest-path interrogation and assessment of concurrent delay, with material findings traced to the programme information and project records, and assumptions and limitations identified expressly.
